RETURN POLICY
At Art Gravat we accept returns in the following cases:
Non‑personalized products: You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized products (engraved items): As these products are made according to the customer’s specifications, they are excluded from the right of return, unless they present a manufacturing defect.
To start a return, please contact us at artgravat@yahoo.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
In the case of a defective product or an error in the order, Art Gravat will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
